Shipping Costs
The shipping costs will be covered by Norok Couture. Please note that this excludes customs fees, VAT, or any additional taxes or duties imposed by the destination country.
Shipping Coverage
We offer worldwide shipping to our customers. All orders are shipped via DHL. Once the dress is shipped, you will be contacted from our customer support agents which will provide you with a link where you can track your shipment.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed and shipped only during weekdays. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays
Delivery Timeframes
In most cases, delivery for our custom-made products takes 2-3 weeks, including production time. However, depending on the complexity of the dress or specific customer requirements, the process may take 1-2 months. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly to ensure transparency and manage expectations.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Estimated delivery dates provided by the courier may sometimes include a buffer for unexpected delays. In most cases, products are delivered earlier than the estimated date. Customers are encouraged not to be alarmed by conservative estimates.
Package Receipts and Signatures
Upon delivery, the customer is required to sign for the package. If no one is available to sign at the delivery address, the courier will attempt to redeliver the package several times and may contact the customer for further instructions.
Customs and Import Duties
Please be aware that customs processing times vary by country and may delay delivery. Any additional fees incurred during customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
